The reason might be scar hypotrophy (fat separation or hypotrophy under the skin).This may be treated with fat transfer (if the overlain skin has not thicken also). A scar revision may also treat the problem, but it may be necessary to be done on both sides in order not to disrupt symmetry.Fillers are not indicated as the may make the area look “blue” or lighter.
Breast Lift versus Breast Augmentation
This is a question to be answered first by yourself!

If you like your breast size and just want to correct the ptosis then you should go only for a lift. Note that during the lift procedure some of the volume will be also lost. If you want to keep your volume intact and maybe also enhance your upper pole fullness at the same time, you might go for a lift and a very small implant.
If you wish you had a bigger breast and full, then an augmentation procedure is what you need. A mild ptosis can be corrected with a medium to big size implant,…
