Swelling around the eye following Mohs surgery on the nose is common especially if the upper nose is involved. This can be concerning but it is important to appreciate that swelling may extend beyond the original site of surgery and thin eyelid skin can exhibit this more prominently. It should settle down over time but if there are any concerns then seeing the surgeon who performed the surgery is advisable.
