I would recommend you;360 torso lipo + mini or full tummy tuck + bblYour pubis is saggy, you need volume at you buttocks.If you’re gonna go for liposuction only you’ll will most probably have your abdominal skin sag over your pubis and you probably won’t be satisfied with the loose skin at your lower abdomen and sad looking umbilicus (because also upper abdominal skin will get loose and sag over the umbilicus)

Yes that is correct that subperiosteal midface lift has the most longevity. If you have a strong thick periosteum over your maxillary and zigomatic bones it’s quite permanent. But still you should know that your face will continue to age and aging process is not only about hanging/ displacement of tissues but also related to losing volume of your bones and soft tissues.
