Thank you for your question. Implant size is a difficult discussion without an in patient examination. The general rule for implants is for every 150cc of silicone is a cup size increase. So you would likely need more than 250cc to get to a true C. That being said there are many more important decisions for choosing an implant size that need to be answered by an exam. Thank you for your question. I would recommend following your surgeons instructions both prior to and after your augmentation. I tell my patients that after an augmentation chest exercises can certainly displace your implant laterally and therefore you should be careful and well healed before returning to chest exercises. Again I would follow your surgeon’s recommendations, as we all have different instructions. Additionally make sure you see a Board Certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. Implants often take several months to settle in to place. You are still very early in the process. Often implants settle into the pocket at different rates as well. Thank you for your questions. Scratching after your transplant is a normal occurrence. As long as you don’t see bleeding, etc. you are probably fine.
