Thank you for your question and attached photos. It appears that the nasolabial lines were injected superficially with a product that is not intended for this region. My suggestion would be to attend a reputable clinic and have further attempt to dissolve the filler using Hyalase. Sometimes, it can take a couple of sessions for the filler to completely dissolve. Hi, thank you for your question. Based on the photos, 2 main things could be improved non-surgically:
1. Thinning lax skin. Best modalities for improving this would be skin needling (eg. Dermapen) or Infini (needling + radiofrequency). I would also introduce cosmeceutical skincare including a vitamin A.
