When you loose a lot of weight and you have loose skin, sometimes the best way to have a great body contour is with a tummy tuck even though you have not had kids yet.
Also you can get a breast lift with your own tissue or with implants.
Mommy makeover: is a cosmetic surgeon okay to use or should only a plastic surgeon for this procedur

It would be my recommendation to do both at the same time.
When you approach the implant you can rearrange the breast tissue and have a great result in the same intervention.
If you leave the breast capsules in after explant what happens to it?

Although when an explant surgery is done I usually remove all tissue that belongs to the implant. That is including capsule. There are doctors that leave capsules and its also fine. Latest studies indicate that symptoms related to implants in BII are not related with removing or leaving capsules. It usually becomes scar tissue. Please continue doing your yearly follow up ultrasound.

Hyaluronic acid fiiler allows to correct irregularities in the nose specially those patients that had a previous rhinoplasty and doesn’t want another surgery but still want to correct some defects after the surgery

Hello. Vitamin e does not affect your surgery and you don’t need to suspend the supplement for your breast reduction. It much better that your thyroid hormones are controlled and it it si with vitamin E tren you have to continue with that even for the surgery.
