Your photos show old blood that will be discharged from your wound. this needs to be addressed by your BCPS soon, or you will have an exposed and possibly contaminated breast implant. this could lead to the loss of the implant temporarily, maybe 3 months time. don't delay.

This knee pain needs to be evaluated soon, since it is only on one side. Photos would be helpful, both legs and both knees. You should elevate your legs whenever you are not standing or walking.

Your photos do not demonstrate blisters, as much as dead tissue. the area is small and will heal nicely with good would care.These occurrences do happen for various reasons. These areas should not effect your long term result. Continue to follow up with your BCPS.

It is not normal to wake up during your surgery. This is an anesthesia issue. With general anesthesia it does not happen, however with IV sedation or "twilight" you can have more awareness of the surgery depending on drug levels during your surgery. You should consider surgery in the USA, with a BCPS.

You have a very nice result. the rippling on the inside of the right breast could be improved with either fat grafting or a skin substitute inside your breast pocket, both would be expensive. the right breast crease could be changed to move it upward, but it is difficult to get this completely symmetric. good luck.

I would not recommend Plastic surgery in the DR. I have seen many results, and they are less than optimal. Do not know about the pain pills there. Your MD here will probably not prescribe pain pills for a surgery in a foreign country.

All PS have there own preferences. In my practice, breast massage involves laying on your chest when sleeping (starting at 3-4 weeks after surgery and extending for the next 2 months). however, most patients do not get cap contracture if the implants are under the muscle. having sex could start at 2 weeks, with no pressure on the breast area. 23 days postoperative is early for TT. this abdominal area will continue to improve. all you can do is be patient and wait for improvement, and follow your BCPS instructions. if the final result is not what you want, revisions can be done for further improvement. you have a nice early result. This is not uncommon. I frequently liposuction this area, and it gives a very nice shape and compliments the breast enlargement result. but like any liposuction, there can be issues with skin shrinkage. once the fat is removed, your body has to shrink that skin or you could get some irregularities in the smoothness of the skin there. this depends on how much fat is removed and the quality of your skin in that area. Can placing paper tape over my incision cause an infection?

Paper tape is used to help support your incision and give you a better scar result. if you are nervous about infection, you could change this tape everyday. that way you can shower and directly cleanse the incision, then replace the tape for support. Dr. Leake

75cc's per day at 10 days is on the high side, but different patients respond differently to surgery and healing. the drainage should be decreasing as time progresses. If you are feeling better and are more active, you could be creating more drainage with increased abdominal movement (twisting, repetitive bending at the waist), also make sure you are wearing your compression garment or girdle firmly to close this space. Certainly the right incision is progressing slower than the left. the rash looks like some discoloration with increased pigment. this could be bleached lighter with bleaching cream. if the incision continues to open and drain, then it would be some type of infection or chronic irritation that may need surgical intervention if the antibiotics do not work. I wanted to know if a 360 Tummy tuck, Extended Tummy tuck and a lower body lift are the same things

Extended TT, the incision is only on the abdomen and goes past the hip bones from side to side.360 TT or lower body lift, have some differences, but some PS may use them as the same. Lower body lift is usually more extensive and can lift the superior buttock area and the lateral or outside thigh area to some degree.ask your BCPS what they think the differences are. and let them know, what you are trying to improve on. good luck, Dr. Leake
