Those are not true tuberous breasts. All you need is the maxi breast lift ($6060) and decide later if you want them bigger. I never do an implant at the same time as a lift because each operation interfers with the good healing of the other The only safe way is to do them separately.

Yes, but it takes 3-6 months of settling and softening to arrive at the final shape. Massage helps a lot. The more the better and the harder the better. Yes many people benefit from just that. Most experienced surgeons refuse to lipo the upper abdomen during a tummy tuck for fear of bruising the blood vessels that supply the lower skin flap. If they get bruised the skin dies and leaves an ugly scar. It’s much safer to wait and do the lipo after complete healing. You can have exactly the fullness you want but not by picking a cc size. You need to try on sizers at your consultation and choose the “look” you want then let the doctor choose the implant required to deliver that “look”. That is very common. Wash right over it in the shower with any soap & water, rinse and pat dry then dip a Q Tip in hydrogen peroxide and roll the cotton around in the split, dry with another Q Tip and apply a tiny amount of any antibiotic ointment and cover with a piece of a cotton ball but no tape. Wear a thin support bra that lets as much air get into it as possible. Dr Foster

Every surgeon has a slightly different approach. If he spent two hours with you at the consultation that’s more than enough for him/her to be familiar with your medical issues.
