Retin A will help lighten dark spots just by simple exfoliation, however the best thing would be to have a combination of Retin A and hydroquinone. Keep in mind that both of these are topical treatments and will take several weeks to months to begin seeing results.

Retin A will probably help prevent new milia and comedones from forming, however milia are basically whiteheads that would need to be extracted because they have closed up and have no other way to be relieved.

Having any type pf facial waxing 2 days after receiving Dysport injections will not affect your treatment what so ever.

After getting injections of Dysport or Botox, it is perfectly fine to continue your normal schedule of daily activities.

Unfortunately neither Dysport or Botox can be dissolved or reversed. The effects will just have to wear off over the next couple of months. Typically results can last 3-4 months but will diminish over that time.

You will probably need to get clearance from your surgeon as to whether or not he/she is ok with proceeding immediately following the last dose of antibiotics. Having any type of infection leading right up to a surgery is just not worth the risk because it can lead to a secondary infection in the surgical site.

Bruising is not uncommon after any surgery and can take several weeks to completely go away. You can tell it is healing since it is turning more green/yellow. It is always best to follow up with your surgeon though to make sure everything is healing as he/she expects.

First off, Congratulations on your weight loss. Your first step would be to actually go to several consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to see which ones accept Tricare Prime. Usually Tricare will pay for the skin removal part (panniculectomy) but we have seen them pay for the muscle repair as well. It is not uncommon for surgeons to add additional Liposuction to areas such as the love handles/flanks when performing a tummy tuck. This combination of treatments gives a more 360 contoured look. That being said, insurance does not cover additional liposuction and that cost must be paid out of pocket.

Currently, the only treatment FDA approved for the treatment of hyperhydosis is for the underarms. There is not currently any other treatment approved for other areas of sweating. Hopefully though, this is something that we will see in the near future.

Using a dermal filler such as Juvederm would be the best non surgical way of correcting any facial asymmetry including lips. Make sure to go to an experienced injector. Expect some degree of swelling and possibly some bruising as well. Filler in the lips can usually last for about 6 months.

Still being almost 30 pounds from your goal weight, you would want to hold off especially on the tummy tuck part of the surgery so that your surgeon could get your skin as tight as possible without having to worry about more weight loss down the road.

Liposuction only removes fat and does not necessarily do anything to tighten up the skin. After 4 pregnancies, and depending on how much laxity you may have in your skin a tummy tuck would probably be the best option because it will remove the excess skin and also fat during the same procedure.

It is always best to check with your surgeon first, but usually the more often you can wear the compression garments, the better they are. It certainly will not hurt you to not wear them at night if they keep you from getting rest.

Botox can generally take up to a week before you begin noticing correction. Also, you would need to let us know how many units you actually got and where those units were placed to know for sure if you were possibly under treated.
