There is no easy answer to this. The nose area can be a very hard area to master. This is one of the reasons why many plastic surgeons do not wish to handle this. As for your question, you have to sit down with a surgeon who does a lot of rhinoplasties/septoplasties. A dedicated surgeon would be your best bet. Most often Botox will take about 2 weeks to work. If it works and it has a greater activity in the area around the eye, then you would get ptosis. Although possible, it is unlikely that if the full effect of the Botox has been seen, that suddenly the ptosis appears out of nowhere. In other words, if the Botox activity has been noted, more than likely the ptosis would be noted as well, IF there was going to be any ptosis.
