Thank you for this question. The answer is by shopping around BUT also, choosing carefully your practitioner. It's not always the cheapest that would be the best not the most expensive. Published reviews are quite a powerful index for you to use in this case.

My advice would be to have micro-needling and PRP ASAP as you need the skin to heal nicely which is the job of these two treatments together.
I would recommend starting with one session and based on he response you can and your practitioner can estimate how many more you will need
On average 3-4 sessions are needed (4 weeks apart)

Thank you for this question. The answer is not an easy one to be honest and it depends on the treatment you are having, your anatomy, previous treatments int he same area, expertise of the aesthetic practitioner applying the treatment and finally, what you are comfortable with.
I know you might still be puzzled but needles can achieve a more accurate results generally speaking compared with cannulas while cannulas on the other hand would reduce the number of injecting points...

Thank you for sharing your picture, which clearly demonstrates a beautiful shape of lips as the philtrum and cupid's bow are both prominent and this means that your lip augmentation treatment would be focused on hydrating the lips and adding more volume to them rather than reshaping.
I agree with you regarding the volume needed for your lips to restore a youthful look and add more volume too. 2mls would be a reasonable volume to have.

Yes Camila, dermal fillers are used routinely in non surgical rhinoplasty. Majority of them are the Hyaluronic acid ones (HA fillers) under different brands (Belotero, Juvederm & Restylane) and they last (the full new look) between 6-18 months.
After you select your practitioner and during your consultation they will explain to you the realistic expectations that you should be aiming for.
Based on your pictures, I believe you can get a straight nose and have the tip lowered...
