Your implants do appear to be bottoming out.  You need some type of acellular support to stabilize the position.  My preference is  Galaflex because it has the least chance of recurrent laxity and the best chance of giving you a stable result

Sometimes liposuction does need to be done after a tummy tuck, but every effort should be made to do appropriate liposuction during the tummy tuck.  There are enough perforating vessels that should not be damaged with liposuction to get very effective contouring during the combined procedure.

There is a myth that has been propagated that implants (mainly breast) need to be replaced every ten years.  Buttock implants do not need to be replaced unless they are infected, displaced, or causing discomfort.

You should definitely have them all done at the same time.  If you need a tummy tuck and want fat harvested, you will have sagging skin if you only do the lipo.  You will have good quality fat from your abdomen, midriff and flanks that can give you the best appearance of your buttocks possible.  You will also have a flat belly.  That is a great combination without unduly increasing any risk.

You definitely need a lift for sure.  Anything put in the upper pole to give you more fullness would make your breasts look ridiculous.  You should look great with a well done lift which can also give you more extra upper pole fullness

You don’t have a lot of excess skin nor excess fat.  You do have significant fascial laxity, most likely from your pregnancies.  You definitely need a tummy tuck-period.  You would not need a big scar because all of the attention would be to tightening the fascia which is the retaining structure of the abdominal wall.

Buttock implants have to be placed in the gluteus muscle and they will stay exactly where they are put.  If the surgeon gets too superficial and exits the muscle, which is easy to do, if he or she is inexperienced, you can get malplacement and a palpable implant.  I would go back to your original surgeon and pointedly ask if can repair this at no charge (except anesthesia and operating room), then I would have him fix this as soon as possible.  Otherwise, do not hesitate to go to a more ex…

Most of the topical silicone creams have similar ingredients so switching to another one like Siligen may be an option but may cause the same or similar problems.  I think you would be best trying Avosil which is an asylicalic acid  (Aspirin) based cream that may avoid the allergic component and works extremely well.

I think your left breast looks fine.  The right breast appears to be too high and the inframammary line is irregular.  Even if this was done 3 days ago, it doesn’t look like it will drop into the proper position.  You are almost for sure going to need another capsulotomy for sure and maybe a capsulectomy.

This is always disconcerting for patients when they have a little redness and some darkened skin.  There may be a little superficial cellulitis and topical antibiotics should be fine.  There also might be a little bit of marginal necrosis and that should heal without any issue.  Just be patient.

That is not likely that that depression will resolve, of course it depends on how long ago you had it done.  Likely you will need to have that hole excised and make sure that the edges are everted (pooched out) so that when the scar settles, it will be even with the surrounding skin.

It is always common to have more pain on one breast than the other.  But in your case, with the cords and pain under your left breast, you likely have small clotted veins, called Mondor’s cords or Mondor’s syndrome.  This is totally self limited and the healing could be accelerated with ultrasound, massage or possible topical laser therapy with a 630nm wavelength (Erchonia) laser.

Without seeing a photo, it is hard to tell exactly what you need, but I will bet that you will need a lift with your gynecomastia removal.  This can be done through a periareolar approach or an apron flap.  The periareolar approach leaves very little scarring after about six months.  The apron flap has more scarring but usually heals very well and looks way better than having sagging skin.
