You have to understand that there is no reason to decide by yourself which approach is the best because you are not a plastic surgeon. My advice is to search for a plastic surgeon with experience in nose surgery and to have a consultation with him.The best way is to see his results.The approach selected depends on the problem of the nose and the surgical plan before the surgery.Keep in mind that the surgical plan will be done at the office during the consultation.
