Patient presented with facial sun damage and deep lines in the cheek and mouth region. Fraxel plus CO2 laser treatment under general anesthesia was required to allow for skin shrinkage, even distribution of pigment and eradication of deep lines. Two weeks of pre-operative treament with Tri-Luma cream was mandatory in order to reduce healing time and allow for homogeneous pigment;decrease brown blotchy discoloration.
