The structures you are referring to in the image are normal oil (sebaceous) glands of the skin. They can be more visible at areas of thin skin such as eyelid or lip regions. Tretinoin is not likely to help as there is no blockage of their pores. If troublesome, light cautery may be helpful.Hope this is useful to you.
