In addition to having a Breast lift you might consider using your own fat in the upper pole and cleavage areas to fill these areas out without using an implant, Similar in concept to using fat to augment the gluteal area (BBL), fat can be used to preferentially augment areas of the breasts to create a desired look.i also agree that you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and BBL.i hope this information helps you.
