MRI is more accurate and sensitive to diagnose any issue related to your implants. Alternatively an Ultrasound or Mammogram might be performed. All depends on your clinical status. Routinely if everything is ok and you have been “wearing” the same implants for 10 years then an MRI is recommended to double check if everything is fine and continue safely with the same lifestyle.

Tear Trough is a very delicate area and has to be addressed as such. Only hyaluronic acid fillers soft ones such as Teosyal redensity II or Restynlane Vital can give safe and predictable results. But is not so much the filler as the technique that has to be meticulous and gentle with small allocates of filler applied in 1 or 2 sessions 2 weeks apart.

Once areola’s size is bothering you then you can reduce it once you are heading towards the operating room for revision of the wide vertical scar. Thus better symmetry can be achieved along with the smaller size of both areolas.
