It seems that the deviated caudal septum causes protrusion of the one side of the nostril. Revision septoplasty correcting the caudal deflection might correct the problem. It might need an open approach for proper correction.

Long lasting or non resorbable fillers are sometimes difficult to remove when they were injected into the dermis. If it is injected deeply over the bone or periosteum, it can be easily removed during revision rhinoplasty. But, when injected into the dermis and dispersed, it is difficult to remove all of them.

I do not believe horse cartilage is a good material for revision rhinoplasty. Autologous rib cartilage is the best option with less resorption, least chance of infection and other complications, and durability.

You can have revision surgery and make your nose smaller.
if your tip is deprojected and made smaller, you probably will need alar base reduction because deprojecting the tip will make your alar base wider than now.

If deviation and bump of the nose newly developed or aggaravated after septoplasty, there is a high possibility that the septum was not properly corrected or saddle nose developed. I recommend revision septorhinoplasty to solve these problems.
Nose too narrow and dorsum excessively reduced. Can my nose be broadened again?

If you think your nose has been narrowed and reduced too much, you can get help from revision rhinoplasty. Probably, you need to widen and heighten the dorsal bridge with cartilage grafts. If you have remaining septal cartilage and the amount needed for revision is not much, the septal cartilage can be used. Otherwise, you may need to use your own rib cartilage. It will be decided by the surgeon after in person consultation. Thanks.
