Hi. It is difficult to tell from your photographs, but from your description, (if you can clearly move the fluid from one side to the other) this is indicative of a seroma. An ultrasound is a simple study you can get to be sure. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated and treated.
Should I go and have seroma drained or do they normally go on their own?

Seromas may spontaneously resolve, however aspirating a seroma with a needle and syringe is a safe and simple way to ensure resolution. Chronic seromas that aren’t addressed may form a thick wall (or capsule) around them that would require surgical excision. Thanks for your question.

In addition to skin and fat of the abdominal wall, one of the main considerations to determine the need for an abdominoplasty in women who have had multiple children is the presence or absence of a “rectus diastasis.” This is simply a separation of the six pack muscles at midline that leads to a bulge of the muscles at midline. In your side profile, it appears that you have a diastasis that could only be surgically repaired with a tummy tuck.

Certainly one week is too early to judge the final shape (and 3 months is the standard to judge results). Liposuction is a good adjunct to contour breast reduction results, however lateral fullness is best directly addressed via shaping the pedicle directly prior to closure as well as via direct skin excision with lateral extension of the inframammary scar when indicated. I suspect you may desire further tissue excision after the three month point.

Hello. Breast reduction scars tend to become more red/pink or “angry” looking over the first 3-6 months post surgery before *starting* to improve after generally six months. Finally scar maturation is reached on average after 12-18 months for most patients. Scar massage, moisturizing scars and applying 50 SPF+ suntan lotion (sun does go thru clothing!) is therefore important in the first year. Fantastic questions (and also quite common). Ultimately, the decision whether you will eventually desire implants can be determined by how happy you are with your present breast volume (not shape). If you are in a sports bra, for example, and happy with the volume your main focus should be simply focused on shape.
I believe a mastopexy is certainly warranted in your case to restore optimal breast aesthetics. An implant alone would not address this...
