Yeah it looks good. Nothing to worry as of now as the photos looks good, just visit 6 monthly for a routine check ups and do floss around the teeth to make sure everything stays well for a long time. Incase of any issues you can vist or doctor even before that. But once in six months to one year is a usual recommendation

Canine are usually not extracted unless there is a major issue, advice to follow as per your doctor’s advice. if he advises to replace plan it accordingly. but its a usual advice to not get the canines extracted unless nontreatable..

You can stop using those retainers as it may not fit. it is advisable to get a new retainer made, as this may cause pain, hurt and sometimes cut on your cheeks and gums
