You have to be patient. It can take a month or more in some cases to see the result. If you are not doing yet you can do a linfatic drainage with a experienced professional. Believe in your doctor and wait a little bit more.

According from your photos and your surgical history, I believe you need a necklift with muscle thighten to improve your result. Don´t do less then this if you want to improve.
Will liposuction to my back be effective or is this mostly loose skin any recommendations?

I believe your case can be improved with a Liposuction but it probably won´t be a perfect result. In your favor you have a thick skin with good skin retraction specially in the back. But against you is the fact you have skin excess. In conclusion, in my opinion you can have a good improvement and if you accept it you will be satisfied with a Liposuction result.
