Hi there,if the postop picture is current, the cosmetic result looks quite fine. Right now there is definitely no significant bottoming out to speak of. Regarding your pain, ther could be some adhesions between the chest wall and the scar underneath the breast (surgical access route). In many cases, liposcuction alone is sufficient for the skin to retract properly in an aesthetic way after harvesting fat for BBL or other procedures. If striae (stretch marks), skoming or exaggerated prolonged UV exposure is present, skin retractioin may be disappointing. Another reason my the the second or third round of harvesting in redos.
