Your left eye has what is called "scleral show" as there is white showing under your left pupil. A small amount of show can be normal but it does reveal a laxity of your lower eyelid. The asymmetry that you have with the left eyelid more lax produces the difference in your eye appearance. It is minor but it can be corrected.
A left lateral canthoplasty will raise your left lower eyelid and remove the white under your left pupil. Your right eye is also lax but it is higher...
Can I have surgery to fix my extra eyelid crease/fold and to have my crease not be so low?
Upper Eyelid Surgery

Upper Eyelid surgery (Upper Blepharoplasty) should deepen your upper eyelid crease. The excess skin and underlying fat will be removed with a standard blepharoplasty. Can a fleur de lis tummy tuck be done after already having a regular tummy tuck?
A Redo Abdominoplasty is Possible.

Skin stretches indefinitely. Your surgeon made your abdominoplasty result as tight as she/he thought possible. If you have excess skin and fat remaining, a redo skin and fat removal is possible. I suggest at least 9 months should separate redo surgeries (to reduce chance of DVT's or blood clots). A Fleur-de-lee will produce a vertical scar so I reserve that incision for only the most extreme cases. However, it can be done after a standard abdominoplasty...
