Thank you for your question.
It’s really too early to judge the result after only 3 weeks.
The upper pole of the breast will become more and more natural, and the lower part, rounder.
You should begin to ask your surgeon if you can do a scar and breast massage, twice per day, as I recommand to my patients.
After 3, 4 months, you’ll be able to judge the quite final result
