For weight and ag Gastric Sleeve is a good choice.but if you have reflux , or diabetes or metabolic disorders as dyslipidemia, diabetes etc Gastric Bypass is the Best option.the Skin dont think is a big problem if you combine your Surgery with exercise (Cardio and weight lift)best regards
