There are two main approaches to rhinoplasty. Endonasal (closed) and External (open) approach. In the closed approach all the cuts are made inside of the nose, leaving no scars on the outside. In the open approach, a V-shaped incision is made through the narrowest part of the nostrils. The advantage of this approach, which leaves no visible scars, is more comfortable and provides a wider vision for me. I use the open approach in my routine and I am quite happy with the results.”
