Thanks for your question.The bruising and swelling doesn’t look excessive.
It is common post filler and should lessen over time, and usually settles by 2
weeks. Review with your injector if it doesn’t follow this pattern.

There is no need to be worried as anti wrinkle injections are only temporary. Without a pre botox photo it is difficult to comment on your photo. The heavy feeling can be from injecting too many units plus/minus injecting too low on your forehead compared to your previous injector. If it was only 2 days ago, the blocking of the forehead frontalis muscle may also have started working before the other muscles have, and so the heaviness may settle over…

The two halves of the face are typically asymmetrical in people, more so in some people than others.
The right side of your face, from what I can see from your photo, has less volume than your left side.
Dermal fillers can help to improve the asymmetry.

It is okay to use different dermal fillers in your lips. Most only last about 6 months in the lips and even if there was product still there, it is okay to use a different one the next time. It is best to record what you have had and when and to let the injector know. It is good for you too as you may develop a preference for the feel and look of a certain filler, although the final result of the filler will also be injector dependent…
