You should contact your rhinoplasty surgeon for his/her after-care instructions. With my patients, I only allow them to wash their face around the surgical site with gentle soap and water. They can use hydrogen peroxide on a swab to gently cleanse the inside of their nostrils... Please check with your doctor.

A tip rhinoplasty can do exactly that -- reduce the size and shape of your tip by manipulating the size and position of your lower cartilages. However, when making changes that are dramatic to the tip of the nose, the entire nose may be "out of harmony." Most often, the dorsum (bridge) of the nose must be altered in some manner to match the appearance of the tip.
