Composite resin fillings should last 5-8 years or longer before needing to be touched up or replaced. The lifespan of bonding is partially depends on how extensive is the chipping and your oral habits as well. In your case, I would prefer to use small retention dental pin as an extra retention mean, since there is insufficient retention remaining to retain the composite restorative material.

Unfortunately, it’s not recommended in such cases. The resin bonding to ceramic is still a challenge and the success rate here is low. Secondly, the gaps in your case are very small and close to the gum, which make the repair with composite resin not suitable solution.
Should I go for composite veneers or lingual braces?

The best solution is Braces or Invisalign. Veneer is not recommended in your case,as you have crooked teeth with anterior crossbite tooth (#12) and the tooth #13 is rotated and shifted toward your lip. If you are trying to get the crossbite corrected with veneers, you can not do that.
