I suggest you wait a bit. Because this area is generally not left this way during surgery, but your healing tissue fibrosis is excessive in this area and creates a thick polly beak deformity. Otherwise, it is not caused by excess cartilage tissue underneath. At the end of the first year, excess healing tissue is removed with a simple revision.

Hi TaylorI just don’t recommend tipplasty. I do not recommend it under local anesthesia. If it is to happen, it should all be together because a disproportionate image will emerge. The top side is different, the bottom side is different. It would be better if the bullous type appearance is essentially corrected under general anesthesia, without touching the upper part too much. If you have a photo from the side, if you share it, at least the projection will be evaluated.

The tip of the nose and the wing of the nose should be proportional, the wing is currently lower, and the projection is too high. It needs to be reduced, that means, the tip of the nose should be brought closer to the face. We need to reduce the distance between the tip of the nose and the face.
