Hello and thank you for sharing your question. From the reference photos, it shows that your nipple areola complex lies well below the inframammary fold and lies at the bottom of the breast. Inframammary fold is where the bra wires sit. The medical term for this is Breast Pitosis. So I think that breast lifting is a must for you and the reverse T scar technique must be used instead of vertical scar. But it is not mandatory to put implants on your breasts. There is an asymmetry between them….
Can I get these boobs ? If so, how?

To achieve a similar look to the reference photo we would need to place the implants above the muscle rather than under it. 500-600cc seems like a realistic goal for you but the best decision can be made at a face to face consultation and examination.

We can achieve the look of large natural breasts for your frame by putting the implants above the muscle rather then below. You would not need a breast lift for this technique.
Would a donut lift and implants be enough or should I go with an anchor lift? Second pic is bent over!(

I would not recommend a “donut lift” or circumareolar mastopexy as you have too much excess skin and would not achieve a lot of lift with this technique. One complication with the donut lift that can occur with your case is the stretching of the areola due to having to take off a lot of skin. This makes the areola stretch and become large and lose color. I would recommend going with a Inverted T breast lift with implants to achieve the look of lifted and perky breasts with volume.
