Firstly, congratulations for your weight loss - this is so life changing. It looks like you were an excellent candidate for an extended brachioplasty, and that you are healing well given you are only a week out. Give your body a chance to heal. A lot of the shape "irregularities" smooth out as the swelling improves. It is possible that there might be a little more excess on one side, or that you will have minor asymmetries. Most surgeons would wait at least 4-6 months before going...

Regarding timing of breast or body procedures after having children, there is no right answer. I often ask my patients if they are planning to have more children. If so, I recommend waiting until they are finished, as each pregnancy can cause new changes to your body. Technically, you could have surgery a few months after you have finished breast feeding and your milk production has stopped. But there are other considerations:
Most "mommy-makeover" procedures involve a breast lift or...

From you photos, everything looks ok in this early healing period. That said, you have had 2 surgeries in the past 2 months, so you will likely have some persistent swelling. It is important to protect your results and not let your dog traumatize the area - even if it doesn't cause permanent damage, it can lead to more swelling and discomfort. I usually have my patients avoid lifting anything more than 10 pounds and hold off on vigorous exercise for a month after their surgery.
If you...

Looks like overall you are healing well after your procedure. I do see that fold asymmetry on the right, but it looks like from your preop picture there was some existing asymmetry there. It may not be the muscle causing that pulling but just your body in the early stages of healing. If the muscle is the problem, you will usually notice a change or deformation when you contract that muscle that normalizes when the muscle is relaxed.
Regardless, I would communicate your concern with your...

I tell my patients they can go back to work after about 2 weeks. Patients will usually still have a mild amount of swelling at this stage, but their stitches are out and most of the swelling and bruising is resolved. The under-eye area is particularly sensitive to swelling and bruising, but again, 2 weeks should leave enough time for that to get better, and if necessary you can use a little make-up to disguise things. Obviously every workplace is different, and some patients are...

That said, you may not be at an A/B cup at the end of the healing process....

I'm sorry you are feeling like the implants aren't right for you. Even though you have a small implant, it can feel like a big change, especially with it under the muscle. I assure you that even over the next two weeks, your body will adjust and the implants will feel less tight. I do not recommend rushing to have them explanted yet, as your feelings may change, and also your breasts right now still are healing from the lift/BA.
Doing an explant and fat injections right now will be...

Fat transfer to the breasts is a great option for patients who do not want an implant but want a small increase in volume. The fat can be placed in that upper portion of the breast to give a fuller look. That said, only 50-60% of fat will remain after the transfer - meaning if you get 200cc of fat injected on each side, you will likely only see a lasting increase of 100cc. Sometimes 2 or 3 rounds of fat grafting, spaced 3-4 months apart, are done to build more volume.
Recovery is...

I think if you are considering having more children, and you haven't had issues with your implants over the past two pregnancies, you should probably wait until you are finished having children to get the implants removed. With each pregnancy, the breast tissue can change, and it's hard to know how your breast size and appearance will look after you are finished breast feeding. Without seeing pictures, it is hard to tell your exact situation - but my guess is that you may require a...

Overall, I actually think your lips look quite lovely. They appear symmetrical with nice definition around the border and no major lumps or irregularities. They do not appear "overdone" to me. The lips tend to be one area that swells more than other areas after injections, so I would wait at least 2-4 weeks before considering dissolving the filler. You may just need a little more time for the swelling to go down.
Best,

I can understand your concern that your implants seem a little high with slight asymmetries at this stage. Even though you are 3 months out, the implants are still in the process of settling. That said, there are things you can do to help your breasts soften and become more rounded out along the bottom.
I tell my patients to start breast massage 2-4 weeks after surgery, depending on their healing. I think this helps the body and skin "envelope" around the implant soften and...

For the scars, gentle massage can help to soften them over time. There are also lots of various scar gels at the pharmacy - there is not a lot of science to support any specific one, but formulations with silicone and sunscreen (SPF 50...

At this very early stage, wearing a compression garment 24/7 except when showering will help the swelling go down. It is also important to avoid lots of bending, twisting, and other vigorous types of exercise....

Another option is Bellafill. It is a collagen/microsphere composition, and has longer durability (3-5 years). It is also more expensive, but this...
