Augmentation can be made by silicone implants but this procedure likely will not fix the tubular breast. For my opinion the best treatment for you is to repair the tubular breast and put proper size of implants from periareolar approach (cutting from the line between dark areolar and normal beast skin).Regards

To get a good result the tip and supratip areas must be augmented. This is done by cartilage grafts. If your septoplasty procedure yields enough cartilage they may be used. If not you need cartilage graft from your ear. This operation can be done under sedation and local anesthesia as same day surgery and recovery time is shorter than full rhinoplasty…

If you can type with minimal movement and pressure over your elbows and have a good pain threshold you may even work the day after the surgery. Hello 90smjNasal valve collapse is very rare in unoperated noses. Your picture cannot help to decide whether you have collapse or not without examining you. In terms of insurance your chance is minimal.

You look beautiful. It is your desire to decide what kind of tip position is best for you. For some people your nose and tip look gorgeous and for others it may be considered as unnatural. So if you are happy enjoy it. If you are not happy ask your surgeon to correct it. You know beauty is not objective.

Although your photographs are not clear enough your first problem is retro placed chin. Additionally you have soft tissue deflation in your mid-face. First you need a chin augmentation. Second you need soft tissue augmentation in your face. There are various methods to obtain this. My personal preference is to use your own tissues as a filler. Nose job may be beneficial after the chin and mid-face augmentation.
