Breast size changes with weight loss vary from person to person so it is hard to predict what will happen with weight loss. The simple answer is to lose the weight before have the breast reduction surgery and that will really take the guesswork out of it.

The answer to your question depends on what you are really asking. Only you know what a “satisfactory result” is for you and your situation, so it is essentially impossible to give you a yes or a no without knowing what satisfactory looks like in your opinion. You would probably benefit from a discussion with your surgeon regarding your hope for an outcome and ask him/her to explain what you could reasonably expect from the procedure they are anticipating.

I guess the answer depends a lot on how you define perky. A lift alone will move the breast higher on your chest and create a more youthful look. However, it will not provide fullness in the upper breast to create the full rounded look that you would only get with an implant. I would recommend you wait at least six weeks from the time of your arm surgery. That should give the tissue time to heal strong enough to tolerate minor trauma such as crutches, if that became necessary for you. Waiting longer is certainly better because it gives everything more time to settle and become comfortable.

You could certainly add implants to improve fullness in the breasts. However, you are now taking a step back and will have a larger breast, which was presumably causing symptoms that led you to the reduction in the first place. So I would approach that cautiously.
I would not anticipate that the implant will hide the scars seen in your photos.

Your best option is to repeat the Mohs procedure. Recurrent skin cancer can be a bit sneaky and hard to see its full extent. I would strongly recommend you have it removed with a Mohs technique.

Hard to say what it may be. There aren’t really things that are “invisible” on an MRI. To me that simply means it looks like normal tissue on the MRI. If it is something that you can feel it could certainly be removed.

A pretty good rule of thumb for body contouring procedures is that minimal procedures provide minimal results. If you would be satisfied with a little bit of improvement then small scar or noninvasive treatments, such as radio frequency therapy, may be perfect, however, if you are hoping for dramatic change you will likely need a more aggressive approach.

Based on your photos it seems a breast reduction would help with your symptoms. That being said, neck and back pain can have several causes, so relief from the pain cannot be guaranteed. Breast reduction surgery will decrease the size of the areola, but by itself, however, does not decrease the size of the nipple. A nipple reduction procedure would help with that. Insurance will often cover a breast reduction, but will not cover the cost of the nipple reduction so you should anticipate that...
