It appears that the Botox has spread unevenly, causing a slight asymmetry. It’s not a new line, but rather hyper and hypo-contraction on one side, making your smile look different. To address this, injecting Botox more centrally in the Mentalis muscle should help. You should see your usual smile return in a couple of months.
