Hi Alice. The sutures do the work initially and in the meantime the body heals and produces enough tension to maintain the plication. It can lasts two months. So don’t worry about the sutures. You will be OK

I think you are going to improve a lot with these surgeries. they are complementary because yo need to take off excess skin and fat from your abdomen and to shape your waist and back. Remember to prepare adequately for your surgery taking some vitamin C and collagen one or two weeks before to have a better scaring

Good question because people think a mini tummy tuck is a better option. The fact is that in a mini tummy tuck there are limitations for the abdominal plication and the final results are poor in many cases. I suggest you to post more pictures to check if you really need to take skin off

I think a patient after liposuction retains a lot of fluid. It is neccesary to remove excess liquid to improve circulation and to diminish pain. If the massage is adequate it helps a lot to the patients
