Would a nostril reduction surgery would also reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds

Narrowing your ala would not necessarily lessen your nasolabial folds. Removing skin of the nostrils where they meet cheek helps the flare and width of the nose. The nasolabial folds would be well treated with filler or fat. You may also want to consider an upper lip lift -- depending on how much tooth show with smiling.
Would I be a good candidate for sliding genioplasty?
Genioplasty versus orthognathic

Genioplasty would help give your chin more projection, and vertical height. It may help lip incompetence too. However, you should check your occlusion, and if you have a malocclusion (class II, and or open bite) full orthognathic surgery may be the better choice.
