Thank you for your pictures and your question. Your tip can be projected and also lifted with fillers, but you should wait at least 6 months until the swelling settles.

Thanks for a very good question.. Correcting the tip asymmetries, lifting the tip, making the tip narrower and more pointed, creating supratip break are all possible with fillers even after you had a Rhinoplasty surgery.
Fillers sometimes correct the asymmetries more effectively than the surgery itself like nostril asymmetries etc..
So the answer is yes you can have fillers injected on anywhere on the nose but it needs to be an experienced surgeon like me Dr Deniz Kanliada who knows how…

A crooked nose can be straightened with fillers and i prefer high G prime filler like deep lines from Teosyal or Volift from Juvaderm which last around 15 months.
I suggest you to have a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon not with a dermatologist.m

Thank you for the question and the photo.
Using cannula on the nose is more traumatic than the needles as you need to dissect tissues while moving the cannula to the area of injection. That colour change is due to the minor bleeding under your skin so it will heal in 10 days time.
Necrosis is very rare on the dorsum and it looks very dark when it happens.

This is a very good question. If the septal perforation is really small fibrin glue or fillers can treat the funny noise during breathing. But to be able to close the perforation you need a cartilage graft and fibrin glue together used in the surgery.
Button is also for treating the noise and helps to improve the breathing too.

I am 58 and have a botched nose job which left a dent, would fillers fix this?

Dear Clarissa,
The dent is caused by over resected lower lateral cartilages and can be easily corrected with fillers and repeated treatments can correct the dent in the long run.
Bump also can be balanced with fillers.
Fillers are quite safe if they are injected by a professional expert nose injector

It can happen when the botox is injected next to the muscle instead of inside the muscle. That causes the muscle to contract even stronger than before to give you that look. I suggest not to do more injections and go to sauna or steam room couple of times and wait until the toxin wears off.
