Hello Laurel, it is sad to hear that you are not happy with the current outcome. You should first ask your surgeon about this. There is still a swollen area… to have a better assessment and treatment ( if needed) you should wait at least one year after the surgery.

Consider that the weight of the implants can stretch the skin and with time make the ptosis worst. The weight also creates an overcharge on the spine… Maybe a Brest lift and a smaller implant ( or no implant ) can be better for your back and the results Can last longer.

There is a lot of skin laxity and muscular wall laxity. It is very hard to improve this with out thinking in surgery. The best option is to do a full tummy tuck: liposuction, skin removal, muscular plicature and create a new umbilicus.

When there there is too much of supra navel skin the fat removal can be not enough to address it. The amount of skin retraction after liposuction with or without technologies (vaser / jplasma/bodytite…) have a limit, and sometimes this outcome is not because of a bad / incomplete liposcution but is due to too much skin. In this moment swelling is still present and is better if you wait for at least a year after the surgery to know to final outcome and the need of a revision.
