Before considering abdominal surgery after abdominal liposuction I would wait 8-12 weeks to allow for full recovery and normal tissue metabolism. There is no reason to “reverse” the etching that you have had; the tummy tuck will tighten the skin and body wall for a flatter contour.Be sure to use someone certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who can show you a comprehensive portfolio of pre- and post-op pictures so you can gauge the types of results that are reasonable to expect.

Bone asymmetry after dorsal hump reduction is the result of uneven surgery. If there is an asymmetry of the nasal bones after they have been operated upon then more surgery may be indicated. Fillers can mask small deviations and have -0- risk of leading to collapse or any other long term problem.

Did you have a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)? Liposuction? Both? It is unclear from the photos what you had done. In any case there is significant contour irregularity that might improve over time. Aggressive massage will help but if there was liposuction done this may need surgical revision since the skin will not contract adequately to provide the smooth contours of a normal abdomen.Wait another 2 months and if there has not been much improvement a revision is likely needed.
