Hello, I believe that you could get a more refined nose with a closed rhinoplasty with structuring of the nasal tip. Preservative closed rhinoplasty has shown very good results in these types of nose.

Hello, unfortunately this type of device will not bring much results in your nose. Cartilage must be well structured in surgery, otherwise you will be dissatisfied. This type of device was already proposed 100 years ago and has never brought good results.

Only a small portion of patients can benefit from a reduction of the bone pump without fractures. We currently use more modern methods that avoid large edema and black eyes. When we avoid a fracture in a patient with indication we will probably have unsatisfactory results.
