Tear trough filler won’t help any naturally darker pigmentation under the eyes but by adding small amounts of filler to this area, we can smooth out hollowness and reduce the appearance of ‘tired eyes’. For some patients, it can also be useful to use filler to lift and contour the cheeks and/or restore volume in the temples.
