I hope you are well! that is very common in agressive procedures. Since the first one as you said, was too agressive you developed fibrosis wich hardens the tissue, my recommendation if you want it to look more even is to try with some technology, such as Retraction this is radiofrequency device used in the OR that can help break the fibrotic tissue that pulls down the skin making it look lumpy. We often use it and it really gives some great results.

I hope you are well!! If you wanted to have a more pronounced clevage, then your surgeon should have put the implant behind the muscle to get that nice and round upper pole, ´cause it appears to me that it is retro glandular. A big implant is a little heavier so it will fall like that, the other issue is that maybe the pocket is a little too big for the implant towards the armpit and the bottom and that is why it collapses and you don´t have an actual upper pole. Hi, I hope you are well! In your case I see a complete ptosis of the breast tissue, so my recommendation will be a full breast lift (anchor lift) with the implants, you appear to be a young woman, so the implant will give you a nice clevage, and the anchor lift will give you a nice shape, besides is the only way to lift the tissue, the donut lift wouldn`t be able to.

Hello, I hope you are well!! In my opinion You should maybe consider some other less invasive options, like reposition some volume with hyaluronic acid to help you lift the middle third of your face, that will give you a more youthful look and maybe give you the option way ahead to get a facial lifting when you really needed, ´cause the lifting is a more lasting result but not definitive. Hello, I hope you are well! Your Dr did what was needed, maybe a few more steroid injections could help, I had a case like yours once and I treated it with steroids every 21 days like 3 or 4 times and it helped a lot, also the swelling will go away by itself, you can try maybe massaging the area with calendula cream and some icy pads, but be calm it will look better.
