It all depends on the way your body heals, but, it is most likely that you will have to visit the plastic surgeon after the gastric sleeve since your BMI is pretty high.

The VSG performed by an experienced and multidisciplinary team, is a safe weight loss procedure, it has a morbid mortality rate of approximately 0.3%. You have to do your homework and search for qualify surgeons. The patient must be evaluated by a Bariatric team.There are some points that need to be pointed out, high risk patients are; high BMI over 50, male patients, patients receiving corticosteroids treatments and patients that do not understand the procedure.
