Your nose has some entities that can result in a nice nose if fixed. You need it narrower by a little, the dorsum reduced a little , the nasal bones narrowed a little, grafts of cartilage from ears to edge of nostrils to limit the alar retraction appearance. You need 5 to 8 incisions to do a quality job. I do not think it is possible to do abdomen and thighs with one incision near the umbilicus. Don’t focus much on incisions. They are small and in the long run mainly go away. Go for quality and honesty. My Best, Dr Commons

Juvederm is the best of the bunch of fillers. All fillers stimulate a little bit of collagen. People show different responses. The actual filler Juvederm gives a mice correction that lasts up to a year or so. In my experience it is really rare to see a .long term collagen response in all of the fillers. My Best Dr Commons
