I find with our patients, that many people experience a more intense treatment on one side versus the other. The device is continually delivering energy to the treatment area. How intense the treatment feels is not an indicator of the results that you will achieve. Post-SculpSure Soreness

The soreness that you are describing is very common following a SculpSure treatment. Some patients describe the sensation as just soreness or a feeling like the area is bruised. We inform our patients to expect this type of soreness for up to 2 weeks following the procedure. It will resolve on its own with out any treatment. However some patients have stated that over the counter anti-inflammatory medication like Aleve or ibuprofen has helped.

The transconjuctival removal of fat will permanently fix your problem.  The use of injectable fillers sounds easy but sometimes can give a "ground glass" appearance to the tissues lying just superficial to them.  Fillers are not permanent but, in the upper cheek/lower eyelid they tend to stay around for much longer than elsewhere (1-2 years).
