Statement: Dr. ŞAHİN was born in Eskişehir, Turkey in 1979. He started his medical training at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine. A graduate of Gülhane Military Medical School, Dr. ŞAHİN completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Haydarpaşa Training Hospital in 2011. During his residency he was involved in many scientific studies. In the same year, he was awarded two second prizes in the expert and assistant research competitions organized by Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. Dr. ŞAHİN was developed a new surgical technique in the field of hand surgery with Dr. Özge ERGÜN, and it was awarded first prize by Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association Meeting in 2013 and this technique was presented at many meetings abroad. He was awarded again three times by Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association Meetings in 2013 and 2015.

He is certified by the Turkish Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Cihan ŞAHİN became an associate professor at 2017. He has 52 international publications, 37 reports presented at international meetings and 102 reports presented at national meetings. He is a member in the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association, The Turkish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and Emergency Hand Care and Microsurgery Society. Yes you can have nipples again. Different surgical techniques exists.
Skin graft can be used for nipple reconstruction.
Local flap techniques and tattoos can be used.

Swelling does not increases after 48 hours. But it takes time to decrease. You need approximately 1 to 3 months.

According to your photos you can have a liposuction alone, laser liposuction is better for you. But it likely possible you will have some sagging. But this is not the some for everyone. After min. 6 months we can say if you need a tummy tuck.

It takes a year for a nose job but after three months we can say something. I do not think your hump will be down. You should talk to your surgeon.
