Yes you may need a revision. You appear to have an “Ant” deformity. The thigh and buttock should be treated as a unit. It important to not only go to a plastic surgeon, but one that has been adequately trained in BBL and the latest techniques.

Can I choose to have rhinoplasty done in a hospital instead of an office for safety reasons?

As long as the OR is accredited by a legitimate governing body (i.e. AAAASF, AAHC, JACHO etc)., performing surgery in the office OR is safe. I would even argue infection risks are lower too as hospital OR’s are also used for types of patients, even those with active infections. You could use a hospital OR, but the cost will be significantly higher.

Very frustrated. Why am I being told I cannot have a BBL due to my condition?

You can have surgery, but you would need clearance from a hematologist. Then it is up to your plastic surgeon to weigh the risks and benefits, and use extra measures to minimize or prevent any complications associated with the condition(s). A comprehensive in person evaluation is needed before any decision can be made.
