Hello, Thank you for your question.I recommend foreing patients to stay a minimum of 20 days, the body needs to settle down before the surgery specially when you are coming from another country in an airplane sitting down for many hours. Also, after the procedure you body needs to heel propertly to accomplished good results. Have in mind that you will be having more than one procedure at the same time. Thank you for your question. You are actually a perfect candidate and dont have to loose any weight. The whole purpose of the bbl is to surgically remove all your fat from all the unwanted places of your body and to transfer that fat to your buttocks. Keep in mind that only 60 to 70% of your fat will last. Hope I answered your question.
