In my opinion, you have normal beautiful breasts, no “tubular”. Also, be aware that dynamic changes in nipple-areola size and shape are normal during erection, and that changes will naturally occur influenced by hormonal changes like during pregnancy and after breastfeeding.
So, there is nothing wrong to be corrected. That said, if you want to enhance breast volume, you might consider fat grafting or implants.
